We interrupt the regularly scheduled program of scone recipes to showcase a new treat for your palate. These blackberry cheesecake bars tasted pretty heavenly and weren’t terribly complicated to make. I do find it a bit tedious to separate the juice from the seeds when straining berries, but it does make for a more pleasant eating experience. I will definitely make these again. Enjoy!
